Mission & Philosophy
Since 1981, the companies of THE CT GROUP (CTG) have provided quality asset and property management services for owners of affordable/moderate-income rental housing. In addition to long-term management contracts for both conventionally financed and subsidized housing, CTG has served as an interim manager to reposition troubled and underperforming multifamily properties prior to a sale by owners or lenders. The companies also have extensive experience managing commercial and mixed-use properties for owners with short or long-term holding period objectives. Our management portfolio extends from Pennsylvania to Key West, Florida, and as far west as Louisville, Kentucky

Technology
The CT Group utilizes MRI software for property management and financial reporting. MRI’s real estate financial software is built on Platform X, enabling an open and connected approach to meet the unique requirements of real estate accounting. BostonPost and MRI Affordable Housing provide an intuitive solution to management of our affordable housing portfolio. The comprehensive compliance functionality of the software allows us to automate compliance for HUD Multi-Family, Tax Credit, HOME, and USDA Rural Development. By building a technology suite on MRI’s Platform X, The CT Group has the flexibility to easily integrate with partner products and services to create a central repository of data for our clients.
