Andreana Moriarty joined The CT Group in 2023 as a Compliance/Operations Manager and Software Specialist. Ms. Moriarty is a seasoned professional in the affordable housing industry. She currently holds BOS, COS-A, CVS, EIVS, FHS, S.T.A.R and TCSA certifications.

Her real estate journey began in 1993 and by 1996, while attending college at night, she managed a 156-unit property with a mix of conventional and tax credit housing units. In 2003 Ms. Moriarty joined Bostonpost, a real estate software company, as a Client Support Representative. Over the years she transitioned into pivotal roles, including that of a Functional Product Owner.

As the Functional Product Owner, Ms. Moriarty wrote intricate business rules and translated them for software developers, ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs. Her expertise contributed to the development of sophisticated software solutions, setting industry benchmarks. Now at The CT Group, she continues to be a driving force, seamlessly merging hands-on experience with technological innovation.
