CT currently manages approximately 6,500 multifamily units in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

CT served as a contractor for Baltimore and Washington area HUD-owned and HUD Mortgagee-in-Possession. CT was a consultant and agent for Freddie Mac both under Receivership and as Real Estate Owned (REO) manager from 1991 - 2006 and was consistently rated among the top three Freddie Mac agents in the country
