Our staff holds numerous certifications and consistently participates in continuing education, training, and seminars to keep abreast of all regulatory changes.
CT has over thirty years of experience in marketing, tenant selection, and initial compliance for new projects as well as managing annual compliance and recertification for existing multi-family projects. As part of our lease-up services, our corporate compliance staff will review, approve, and digitally archive initial tenant files and work closely with the syndicator and auditors to ensure the timely delivery of initial files.

Most recently, in 2020 and 2021, CT was involved with relocation and pre-leasing activities at four new projects that brought 697 units online:
Silver Spring Arts Campus, Silver Spring MD a 68-unit new construction with LIHTC (artist preference, veterans’ preference)
Henrietta Lacks Village II and III, Dundalk MD a 126-unit substantial rehab with LIHTC (4% and 9% twinning with income averaging), PBV, HOME
City View Park, Louisville, KY a 503-unit substantial renovation that included the relocation of 370 families and the lease-up of 133 units.
