Kenya Litaker joined the CTG in March of 2017 as a leasing agent at a LIHTC and Section 8 property in Baltimore. Her eye for detail and efficient work method made her an excellent fit for the compliance team. Ms. Litaker joined the compliance team in August 2018 and advanced to Director in 2022. Ms. Litaker is responsible for all aspects of file compliance with a focus on Section 8 policies and procedures, oversight of the Enterprise Income Verification System (EIV) as well as Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) preparation and responses.

Prior to joining CT, Ms. Litaker spent over nine years as a housing specialist for various voucher-based housing programs throughout the greater Baltimore region. She had most recently served in management overseeing the voucher based and tax credit units.

Ms. Litaker attended Towson University. Ms. Litaker has earned Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certifications
