Mary Fitts joined the CT in 1993 as an Assistant Property Manager in South Florida. Ms. Fitts has been involved in multifamily property management since 1991. During her tenure with the CT, she has had primary responsibility for more than fifteen complexes totaling more than 1,750 units.  

Prior to 1993, Ms. Fitts worked with Tacolcy Property Management, Inc. (a former joint venture partner with the CT) in the capacity of Property Manager where she was responsible for the daily operation of seven complexes containing 648 units. Ms. Fitts is deeply knowledgeable about the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Section 8 program and their procedures. Ms. Fitts is also well versed in the intricacies of the well as the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, SHIP and SAIL programs. Before entering property management Ms. Fitts worked with the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce and the American Express Company in Marketing and Business Management. Ms. Fitts graduated from Bethune Cookman College with a degree in Business Administration.
