Patricia A. Baylock joined CT in 2006 as a Property Manager. She has successfully completed industry courses in the areas of Fair Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and is a nationally recognized Certification Occupancy Specialist. 

Ms. Baylock is currently responsible for managing and overseeing properties in Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. As part of her oversight, she has also been involved in relocation of residents during property renovations. 

While attending Loop College in Chicago Illinois, Ms. Baylock majored in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. She started her property management career in 1991 and possesses a wealth of experience in conventional properties as well as assisted housing and Tax Credit. All her properties have consistently passed their Federal Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs).
